『StarSeries i-League CS:GO Season 5』は、招待6チーム、予選通過10チームを併せた16チームが出場。グループステージではスイス式トーナメントで対戦を行ない、上位8チームがプレーオフに進出。

プレーオフはシングルイリミネーション方式トーナメントで進行されます。
